This verse is actually a comfort to the oppressed. Woe is pronounced upon those that invade and oppress those that did not oppress them. Spoiling is actually taking from other countries and tribes. It is taking their provisions, livestock and even their citizens and making them slaves. God is displeased with those plunder the innocent. Even though he allowed wicked nations to plunder Israel when they left off following the Lord and served the gods of other nations, God will judge the other nations who would dare to come against Israel. The nations that were used of God to punish Israel always went beyond their bounds and sought to oppress and spoil the innocent.

This prophecy has also a future aspect. The future antichrist will attempt to destroy all Jews that at first he pretends to protect and defend. I would urge all Jewish people to beware of this person or persons. He may even now be in Middle East somewhere. He will be a person who will help the economy and promote prosperity. He will be a person of popularity. He will promise peace at last. He will lie and deceive. In reality he will be a man of war and the worst possible person ever to walk the earth. He will be worst than Hitler and Stalin put together. Beware of the person who promises to solve all problems. Now is the time to seek God with all the heart, soul, mind and spirit. There is now and will be deceivers. They will kill all those that attempt to oppose them. The only safety from His deception will be in God and His word.

Do not follow this man for you may save your natural life for a short time but you will lose your soul for eternity. Seek the Lord and hide in Him. Seek the Son Jesus Christ who brings eternal life.

Some will be killed because of faith in Jesus but then they have an eternal life that no one can take away. If you serve the antichrist for a season to save your life you will lose it forever. Be safe with Jesus Christ and His righteousness. He is eternal. The antichrist will be destroyed forever.

Look not on the things that are temporary. The things that we trust in: The economy, houses, lands, possessions, will not last. They will pass away. Hold on to that which is eternal. We have eternal life through Jesus Christ, the way God made to escape all these things that are coming to pass. There is no other way. He is the one. The blood He shed 2000 years ago is the only thing that can take away your sins and make you fit to enter the eternal Kingdom of Heaven. If you reject this sacrifice on your behalf, you will have to pay for your own sins. The wages of sin is death eternally. It doesn't have to happen to you. You can be saved this moment and this very hour. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and you can be saved. If you hold on to your life in this earth, you will lose it, but if you deny yourself and follow Jesus Christ you will save it. Read the book of Revelation. No matter how it looks out there now. The believers in Jesus Christ will win in the end. Israel will survive. They will not cease to exist as a nation. I don't care how many armies surround it to destroy it; it will survive. The church will not take the place of Israel, we will be part of Israel by adoption but we will not take its place.

God has a plan for Israel and they will be saved. He did not make that promise to Abraham in vain. I realize that Israel does not accept Jesus Christ right now. No matter what they do and how much they reject Jesus and those that preach Jesus, after the tribulation period, they will recognize Jesus Christ and repent. God will then pardon Israel and save them from all their enemies. Those who have accepted Christianity and claim to have received Jesus in their lives need to take heed how they deal with Israel and the Jewish people. If God spare not the natural branches, take heed that He spare not you. He will graft Israel into the vine again. We have no right to say that the church will take the place of Israel. We have been used of God to spread the gospel because Israel rejected the gospel but that does not give any Christian a right to attack, persecute and treat the Jewish people cruelly. God has not cast away the Jewish people. They will find out who their savior is. anti-Semitism has no place in a true child of God. Racism has no place in a true child of God. Avoid it like the plague.

(Isa 33:2 KJV) O LORD, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble .

This is a prayer of people who have been oppressed. They will be delivered. Israel will be delivered and all those that trust in the true God of Israel.

Much trouble will come at the time of the tribulation but deliverance will come.

You want to be on the winning side. Be on the Lord's side. The Lord will reign and defeat the armies of the antichrist.

Many go about trying to make peace treaties. You can’t make peace with the devil. They will make a covenant with the antichrist but he will break it and turn on those whom he promised to defend.

The only safety is the fear of the Lord. If you know the Lord stay with Him no matter what, if you don't know Him, do not delay. Seek Him now.

The antichrist will regard no one. He will not honor any peace agreements. I do not believe that the great United States will be able to save anyone at this time. Jesus Christ Himself will be the salvation of Israel.

This is what the one who promised prosperity and peace shall do, devour, kill and destroy. This will be with the power of Satan who is the wicked one who has always wanted to steak, kill and destroy. The antichrist will represent Satan and try to destroy all the holy people. He may be able to kill many but he will be cut off. Those that die in Christ will receive everlasting life but those that are on the side of this antichrist will be lost for eternity. Stay on the side of righteousness and Godliness. Jesus is our only safety.

(Isa 33:10 KJV) Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.

The enemies of the Lord who have persecuted Israel and the believers in Jesus Christ will be as chaff when it is set on fire. They will perish but physically and with eternal fire in hell.

The only ones to escape the judgment from the Lord are those that walk righteously, speak uprightly and despise the gain by those who gain by oppressing others. Those that refuse to take bribes and shuts their eyes from evil.

The faithful will see the King in His beauty. They will behold Jesus Christ when He comes and be partakers of His Kingdom.

After the enemies are destroyed the Jewish people will never have to fear again. The believers in Jesus Christ will be secure forever and no one will ever hurt them again.

No one will destroy the tabernacle or temple of the Lord again.

The Lord will rule forever.

24 And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity .

The people will be forgiven their sin. The past rejection by Israel of Jesus Christ will be forgotten. No more war, no more oppression and no more evil. I’m looking forward to the day Jesus rules the earth.
